Hey non people for the non dutchies who wanted to read my story I will wright the story in english.

Dear people here is a new story, now with the both of us and in english! I picked up Amien from the airport ofcourse she thought i wouldnt be waiting for her on the right airport! Pff what a trust.

The next three days we spend in Melbourne, we didnt do a lot cause Amina's 42 hourly trip was really exhausting. We already took a kind of test before diving by visiting the Melbourne aqaurium world. Luckely they told us diving with sharks isnt dangeres at all. pfff thats a releaf!!
On the way back from Melbourne to my familie we spend some time in the famous store IKEA. Here we bought some cheap stuff and ofcourse eated some Suise meatballs (OH YEAH ^^). That same day we spend a fortune at a Aussie Disposals for our big survival gear, so now where ready to head in to the outback!! When we arrived at my familie Amien toke some time to get back on her feat, so that ment: time for Jeroen to do some golf!!

From Newborough(town where my familie lives) we planned a trip towards Noojee, there where some really nice waterfalls and a beautiful old hand made bridge that used to be there for transporting coals by train from town to town. On the way over there we figured out that it would be a good idea to fuel up the tank before driving to all the sightseeing places. But thats a thing in Australia if you go and do some touring through the small villages just try and find yourself a fuelstation :O. We entered the village Noojee and hell yeah there was the first one, OUT OF ORDER. We went insite to ask them were the nearest station was well just 5 minutes up the road. After driving for 35 minutes we finaly reached another one, oh yeah it was completly abandond. Now the meter was pointing to the E that means in Australia Empty!!! ;) so with our asses squished tight we tried reaching the third one. And Hell YEAH after visiting this fuel station the meter was pointing to the F here in Australia that means Full :).. So after driving back for another 40 minutes we came at the waterfalls and yes yes that was worth our time. So the lesson we learned that day, before going into the middle of nowhere fill up your tank!

Our second trip we planned going out towards a national park and sleep a night in the car, since we didnt had our tent yet cause we ordered one online. We bought a campsite book en yes we saw a campsite a bit near the familie in a national park, that sounds awsome(fojjar impresionante ;) ). Well this national park was far from awsome!!!!! After two hours driving through a burned national park we couldnt even find the campsite we looked up in the book, I guess the campsite was burned down aswell. The nice thing was that Amien spotted her first kangaroo and we saw a emoe with a small baby running, besides that there was not a lot to see. When we finally reached the concrete road again we decided to drive towards a lake and try to find a free campsite next to the lake. Well that wasnt a great succes the free campsite was in a village that was 15 km from the lake and it was just a rest place for RCV's so there was absolutly nothing. We decided to stay there went for a walk and then used our new gear to make some food and enjoyed it a little bit for what it was worth. It took us about 5 hours to finally find it so we where allready happy with that. That night we jumped in the car and tried to go to sleep. Well sleeping in a car while it was 30 degree that day didnt make it easier. We jumped in to bed at eleven and we got out at two to make a small walk. Luckely we were able to sleep a little bit after the thunder started and starting to storm and rain. The temperature went down and we slept a couple of hours and didnt knew how fast we wanted to get out of there and head back for the family.

This day we decided never to sleep in the car again :)!!

So far we havent had a lot of luck if you read this. But it sounds worse then it is cause if you see the country side here with the nice mountains, waterfalls and the beautiful animals its all worth it, except for the terrible insects!

During the week we decided we want to try and get our second permit for the next visa. To be able to get this you need to do 88 days of work on a farm. When we have done that we will be able to apply for a next year visa until we are 31 years old.

After doing some research we found ourself a nice add for a job in Mildura. We called a girl she sounded really nice and she told us we should come as soon as possible cause we could start the work when would arrive. While Mildura is a drive for 8 hours from our familie we told her we would leave on saturday and just do some sightseeing on the way and arrive on sunday. Friday we treated the family on our last meal with them and left on saturday morning. We drove towards a village called Healesville and made a nice walk for 2 hours through a nice forrest on a steep hill. After that we decided to drive on till Swan hill and try to find a motel along that city. After driving for 8 hours that day we arrived in Swan hill and went to a motel to ask if we could get a room. So i asked the man politly: hallo we are looking for a room. The man laughs: yeah everybody is looking for a room. Haha so I was asked him why. And he told me there was a basketball and tennis championship in that city and that the nearby city's, another hour drive from there, where also fully booked!!! OMG!!! So eventully we drove from Newborough to Mildura in one day with a stop in healesville i think it took us like 10 or 11 hours to drive.

The next morning we walked around in Mildura and got picked up by Sara the girl from the phone with a strange guy called Don. After a day we found out that was our boss he would get us a job. Before we could stay at his caravan park we had to pay him 450 dollar pp. That would be so you would stay for 2 weeks and a 150 dollar deposit, to get that back you had to tell him a week before leaving. We soon found out why we had to do that cause there wasnt even work. We arrived sunday and Amien had a job on thuesday for 2,5 days. On wednesday I finaly had a job for at least 3 hours. We stayed in a really crappy caravan that must have been from when I was born and we where sleeping in there with 2 other people, a lot of ants and some spiders so we had good company.
Because the caravan park was in the middle of nowhere we decided to go on a bit of a safari with three deutsche leuten(germans). We went to the Murray Sunset National park. This was a really awsome adventure first we saw a brown bellie snake on the road while he was just eating a lizard. Apparantly the brown bellie snake is the second most venomus snake on the world. Luckely he was really busy eating the lizard :). When we continued our trip we found out that the national park was normaly just for 4 WD cars. We where first just driving on some dirt roads and after a while we entered the real park. We met two australian guys who both had a 4 WD and they told us it would be possible to do it with the car but normally you dont do it. But we want to see some awsome stuff so we said a we can do it :).. So they helped us deflating the tires he even gave me a tool to do it if we did got stuck we had to deflate them more. I asked there phone numbers for if we where in trouble they said they would help us, they also said we wouldnt even be able to call them cause there is no connection but i feld saver with their phone number and they told us where they were spending the night if we would get stuck. The Aussie people are really friendly!!!! So we went driving after them but and lost them out of sight in 10 minutes, that was just still on the dirt roads. After a couple of minutes we saw the sand dunes. We had to get some momentum so some extra speed and oh yeah we made it. We got stuck just one time so everybody got out we putted our drifting Verstappen AKA Amina behind the wheel and we pushed it out of the sand. We did a nice bbq in the park and saw some crossbikes passing by. We had a nice chat with them and found out that our boss Don was a familiar guy. If you want to see who it is you cant mis him just go on to youtube and type: Don Mildura Australia, a really friendly man!! UUHHH NOT!! Because we have a car on thuesday he asked us if we wanted to leave earlier, that same day while we told him on saturday we wanted to leave the next week. We told him the german couple wanted to join us on our trip two of the deutsche leuten and he said they could get it to so we could leave and he would have more space for other people to screw. So we said Hell yeah we take your offer we will leave as soon as possible.

At the moment we just found a new job on a Dairy farm at a town called Cohuna. Our job is to run the farm when the farmer is gone. We have to milk the cows, drive some traktor and fix some broken stuff on his farm. The farmer is a really nice guy who did some backpacking in his younger years so he knows what we are looking for. He is paying for our accomadation a really nice cabin on a caravan park that is situated next to a lake, our cabin is right beside the lake so we got a really nice view. So the situation has improved a lot since we left Mildura! I think we will be able to stay here for a couple of weeks :)!

So people that was a little bit about what we did the last couple of weeks. Now its time to do some real work so smell ya later!

See ya!!
